What we do

Every catalog item we carry is assigned a lot number when it enters our inventory. That lot number stays attached to the material through storage, order fulfillment, and documentation. Each vial carries its lot number and a QR code that resolves to the lot record on our site, so a researcher can confirm exactly which lot is on the bench and review its documentation at any time.

Our story

ScienceOne Labs was built around a narrow idea: a research supplier should be judged on what it can prove, not on what it claims. Plenty of catalogs are long. Very few of them can tell you which batch is in the vial you are holding, what that batch tested at, and who ran the test.

So we started from the paperwork and worked backward. Lot numbers come first, testing comes before a lot is released rather than after a customer asks, and the certificate travels with the material instead of sitting in a folder somewhere. Anything that cannot be documented that way does not get a SKU, which is why our catalog is curated rather than exhaustive.

The rest follows from that. We stock compounds we can source consistently and test cleanly, we ship them properly packed and properly labeled, and when something goes wrong the person who answers is the person who can fix it. We would rather be the supplier a researcher keeps coming back to than the one with the biggest product list.
