1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of this site and your purchase of any products from ScienceOne Labs, operated by ScienceOne Labs, LLC (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us.

2. Eligibility

The site and our products are available only to persons who meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, or you are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, academic institution, contract research organization, or other entity engaged in legitimate scientific research.
• You have the education, training, and facilities required to handle research materials safely and in compliance with applicable law.
• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the ordered materials in your jurisdiction.

We may request documentation of researcher or institutional status at any time, and we may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where eligibility cannot be verified.

3. Research Use Only Restriction and Buyer Certification

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use. By placing an order, you certify each of the following:

• You are purchasing the materials solely for in vitro research and laboratory experimentation.
• You will not use the materials in or on humans or animals, and you will not introduce them into any food, drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or medical device.
• You will not resell, relabel, or redistribute the materials for any prohibited purpose or to any unqualified person.
• You accept full responsibility for the handling, storage, use, and disposal of the materials in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies, from the moment they are delivered.

This certification is a condition of every sale. Any use of our products contrary to this section is unauthorized, voids all applicable warranties and claims, and is grounds for immediate termination of your account and refusal of future orders.

4. Accounts and Orders

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep that information up to date.

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an accepted order where we suspect ineligibility, misuse, fraud, or error, or where a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in United States dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed when your order is placed, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

Payment is due in full at the time of order and is processed by our payment processor, which acts as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to any terms presented at the payment step. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Orders are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours of payment clearing on a business day. Orders placed on weekends or on a public holiday are dispatched the next business day. Delivery timelines, address responsibility, and lost package handling are set out in our Shipping Policy. Because we supply sensitive research materials that cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility, all sales are final except as described in our Return and Refund Policy, which covers damaged, incorrect, defective, and lost in transit orders.

7. Certificates of Analysis and Product Information

Each lot is supplied with a certificate of analysis documenting identity and measured purity for that specific lot. Certificates and any analytical or reference information on the site are provided for research verification and quality transparency only. They are not medical, dosing, or safety guidance, and they make no claim of therapeutic effect, benefit, or fitness for any use in or on a human or animal.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use any product for human or animal consumption, administration, or application of any kind.
• Use any product in the manufacture of a food, drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or medical device.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, qualifications, or intended use when ordering.
• Purchase products for resale to unqualified persons or for any unlawful purpose.
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation or security of the site.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy site content or data except as permitted by these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The site and all content on it, including text, product descriptions, images, product renders, logos, page designs, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print site content for your own internal, non commercial reference. No other use, reproduction, or distribution is permitted without our prior written consent. "ScienceOne Labs" and associated marks may not be used without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in a product's certificate of analysis, all products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non infringement. We do not warrant that product descriptions, analytical data, or other site content are error free, or that the site will be uninterrupted or secure. Product characterization data is provided for research reference only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the site, these Terms, or any product, regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to a product or order is limited to replacement or refund of the affected product, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy, and will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: your use or misuse of any product, including any use contrary to Section 3; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any law or regulation; or your violation of the rights of any third party.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to any order are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Saunders County, Nebraska, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
